Indyo provides live online AI training classes, educational content, and related resources for entrepreneurs and business professionals. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you agree to:

- Maintain the security of your password
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Enrollment & Payments
By enrolling in a class, you agree to pay the full stated price. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

5. Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident enrolling in our classes. Our refund policy:
- Full refund: Requested more than 48 hours before the session start time
- Credit toward future class: Requested within 48 hours of the session start time
- No refund: After the session has begun, or for no-shows without prior notice
- Special circumstances: We review hardship cases individually — contact support

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your login credentials or session access with others
- Record, reproduce, or distribute class sessions without written permission
- Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of live sessions
- Harass, intimidate, or demean other participants or instructors
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our website
7. Intellectual Property
All content on indyo.com — including text, graphics, logos, curriculum materials, slide decks, templates, and course recordings — is owned by Indyo or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your enrollment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access class materials for personal educational use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
8. Session Recordings
Live sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and to provide replay access to enrolled students. Recordings are made available to enrolled students for 48 hours post-session. By participating in a session, you consent to being recorded.
Recordings remain the intellectual property of Indyo and may not be redistributed.
9. Disclaimers
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- Our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Any specific business results will be achieved by applying our training
- The information we provide is complete, accurate, or current
AI tools and capabilities change rapidly. Content accuracy is maintained on a best-effort basis.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indyo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Indyo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.
